Decreasing Rates for Southeast Asia with Tight Space

  1. Europe: the market rates are stable. COSCO is short of 20'GP containers.
  2. Southeast Asia: the rates are going down. But the space is still tight.
  3. Middle East and Red Sea: carriers are short of space. PSS is charged for Red Sea destinations.
  4. Oceania: rates are increased by USD25/TEU.
  5. Africa: nothing changed on rates.
  6. Caribbean Sea and Latin America: PSS of USD300/TEU is implemented.
  7. Japan: rates are still changing frequently.
