Space for Asia is Tight

NYK began to charge ALMD FEE at USD20/39/44 since Jan. 1, 2009.
The space for Middle East and Southeast Asia begins to be tight. The rates are increasing.
The rates for Japan are increased dramatically.
There's no much change on rates for Europe. There's plenty of space.
