Carriers plan to charge PSS to Africa lines from 1st Jan next year

- Freight to Europe and Mediterranean stay at the same;

- Rates to Japan and Korea remain the same except rates to inchoen increase slightly;

- Rates to Middle East remain the same with plenty of spaces;

- Freight to Africa remain the same with plenty of spaces; Carriers plan to charge PSS from 1st Jan next year;

- Rates to US and Canda keep dropping with plenty of spaces;

- Rates to South America remain the same with tight space.
