CSCL starts to collect PCS to Manila

- Rates to Europe increase slightly;

- Rates to Middle East increase slightly with tight spaces;

- Carriers start to collect ENS USD25/BL from 1st Jan, 2011; ENS amendment charge USD40/BL;

- Rates to US and Canada stay at the same;

- CSCL starts to collect PCS(port congestion surcharge) from 1st Jan, 2011 to Manila: USD50/TEU collected at POD (including shipment via Ningbo).
