THE EXPORT VOLUME AND THE RATES GOING DOWN AT THE SAME TIME

1. Europe and Mediterranean area: The export volume decreased a lot due to many manufacturers haven‘t come back to work. Every carrier is reducing the rates. And some of them are reducing much in rates. Most the the carriers adjust the weight limitation to 18 tons.PCS for containerized cargo to UK has been cancelled since last week.
2. Middle East and ISC area: Export volume decreases. Most of the carriers are reducing the rates and rates for some of the ports are reduced a lot.
3. South East Asia Lane: The situation of lack of space has been eased.Those carriers who only accept Reefer containers start to accept GP container.
4. Australia Lane: Most of the carriers are reducing about USD200/TEU down on the rates.
