Lack of Space for Middle East

Jul 29,2008 by JC LOGISTICS

  1. Europe&Meditrraneans: Some carriers reduced the rates again because CSCL's direct service vessel will call Xiamen this week. Most of the carriers are still lack of cargo support.
  2. North America: Nothing much changed on rates. Some carriers are short of space for USWC.
  3. Middle East and Red Sea: Some carriers increased the rates for heavy duty of 20'GP. But some reduced the rates for 40'GP. The space of direct service vessels is tight. It's always overbooked one week prior to the sailing date.
  4. Southeast Asia: Some carriers reduced the rates a little.
  5. Japan&Korea: The rates are stable. And the export volume is growing.
  6. Oceania: The rates are increased in this week.
