Rates for Europe Reduce since March 15th

Europe: most shipping lines reduce the ocean freight rates since Mar. 15th.
Middle and South America: market rates are increased obviously. It's very difficult to get any space.
Southeast Asia: the ocean freight rates remain unchanged.
Africa: GRI might be implemented from this Apr.
