GRI Implemented for North and South America

Southeast Asia: the rates keep the same as in last week.
Middle East: the market rates continue to reduce in this week.
North America: GRI will be implemented. The standard is about USD200/TEU.
Middle and South America: GRI at USD250/TEU is applied since Mar. 15th.
